Since Day one, my passion has always lied in Athletic Performance and through lots of trial & error and some world class mentors, I have developed a philosophy that will help contribute to whatever your goal may be (Speed, Strength, Power, Vertical Jump, Weight Loss, etc.). I make sure I never lose sight of my primary goal, which is to personally help clientele transform into the very best they can be.
As an Athlete, I have always had high aspirations of being the very best & have achieved success at every level I have competed at. While at Tri-Valley High School (in Colton, SD) I received 13 State Meet medals, Won 4 State Championships & was named MVP of the 2011 SD State Meet, along with 2 all-class gold medals. I also ran a State Record time in the 60m dash indoors (6.94) and cracked into the top 10 in both the 100m and 200m dash.
While attending college at Dakota State University in Madison, SD, I was a 6 time NAIA All-American, which included 2 National Runner Up Finishes over 60m and being named Dakota State’s Most Outstanding Male Athlete twice. I was also a USA Championships Qualifier over 60m Indoors and anchored a 3rd place Nationals finish & new all-time Collegiate State Record in the 4x100m relay (40.68) in 2013.
Following College, I signed a Professional Contract with Brooks Running in January of 2017. I was also invited to compete across Professional Meets in Florida, as well as the Professional Circuit in Europe. In February of 2018, I was top 20 in the 60m dash at the USA Indoor Championships.
