What makes Primal different than other gyms? At Primal we do not use any treadmills or ellipticals, we have a unique approach to fitness. We focus on strength training, metabolic conditioning, and functional fitness to help you reach your goal.

I’ve never worked out before, is Primal for me? Yes, Primal is a great place to workout for people of all experience levels.

I don’t know how to lift weights, will someone teach me? Yes, we have several personal trainers who can teach you the proper form and techniques to lift weights while avoiding injuries.
